Host Inn and Suites

I been in this hotel since April 2018. I was told that if I'm there longer than 3 months, I get the taxes I paid back. It is September and I've yet to receive my refund that was apart of the former business policy. I was told they were no longer affiliated because they were bought out. They basically said it's not our problem. No one seems to know how I can get my refund. ***, the district manager will not get in touch with me at all on the matter.
I just want my taxes that the company policy promised.

I booked a queen deluxe suite online on 11/29/17 for a check in date of 12/1/17 to 12/15/17. I reserved a queen bed with a let out sofa bed to accommodate the number of people having to stay in this room for 2 weeks. When I arrived at the facility on 12/1/17 about 3:30-3:45pm, I was informed by the front desk clerk *** that all the let out sofa beds were broken for this location, so I then asked how come I wasn't notified of this so I could either make other arrangements before the day of she stated they don't look at reservation until the day of so I then asked how come you didn't call once you noticed you had a reservation for a room that wasn't available? No answer just a stale look. Then I asked for her manager she said she was in the restroom so I waited for her when I asked *** the head manager about being compensated she said they don't compensate. Never heard of a business not compensating especially when it's their fault. On top of this we checked in stayed Friday night then get up Saturday morning to a note saying the water would be off for 2-3 hours Monday 12/4/17 morning starting at 7am. Well I have been back in the room since 11am and it is now 2:53pm and this hotel still doesn't have any water. I went to the front desk about 2:30p and asked *** who referred me to I assume a janitor who was sitting on his butt with his legs crossed watching TV while the water is still off. I asked when it would be back on he said hopefully before the end of business sorry for your inconvenience in a sarcastic way. I have called and complained twice to corporate still no return call. I am also contacting the attorney general's office because they need to be closed down. They have bugs and I would just like my money back so that I can go elsewhere with my family.
