Review: 11/26/2014. Contacted registrar Host Dept for sole purpose of getting the EPP code (also known as the Authorization Code) required to transfer domain name ([redacted]mediaproductions.com). It’s mandatory for all registrars to provide some means for retrieving the Key. Host Dept ([redacted]) asked why I wanted to terminate their service. This wasn't the reason for my inquiry. All I needed was the code. I was told the code was emailed to me. It wasn't.
11/27/2014. Contacted Host Dept again to request EPP code. Was told that I didn't complete a response to a ticket. I quickly filed the response which was just a questionnaire as to why I'm not happy with their service. I responded that I consolidate all my domain names under one hosting service. Customer Service [redacted] ) immediately wrote back asking again why I want to terminate service. AGAIN not the purpose of my request as all I requested was the code. I politely gave them the choice of providing me the code or having me open a Revdex.com complaint for unprofessional customer service. Here we are.Desired Settlement: PROVIDE THE EPP CODE FOR MY DOMAIN [redacted]
