Review: I received a invoice that states self pay $125.00 I called the billing number ###-###-####. I can never speak to a live person. I called today several times today when I called back at 3:45pm I got the we are closed for the day message and our hours are from 8:30 am to 4:00pm. Its 3:45pm why am I getting this message? When I went to the urgent care on 02/**/14 I gave the lady at the desk my Tricare insurance card, my social security number( which is also my member number for the insurance), and a copy of my military ID. Why does my invoice state self pay? The staff from the moment I walked to the front desk to the PA's are rude and ineffective listeners. You don't get to see a MD in NY? I want my insurance first charged for the services and I will pay the differential if needed. Moving to NY from neighboring New Jersey I was definitely disappointed with the overall service at Orange Urgent Care. I will NEVER use this facility for anything again. I will also make sure that I advise my neighbors and fellow co workers in the military and law enforcement to NEVER use this facility due to such poor service. I have never been to a medical facility with such disregard and disrespect for their patients. I received better care in Iraq when I was deployed!!!Desired Settlement: I want my insurance billed for the services I received at the urgent care and I want a description of the services they are billing my insurance for.
