The management and office staff are less then professional and not able to resolve any issuesWhen you call the office everyone 100% of the time are either on the phone or in a meeting but never availableYou are told you will be called back that never happensThe clinical supervisor is so awful a complaint was made about her and the company found justification of the complaint and handled inside the office and put a reprimand in her fileThe social worker does not follow ** *** *** *** and complaint was sent to the ** *** ***Complaint about the clinical supervisor also was sent to the ** *** *** which will be justified with the write on the clinical supervisor which the comp-any put into her permanent HR fileYou can not get hold of the social worked and of you leave messages they ate not returnedWhen you complain the management make your fault and take no responsibilitymedications were need by the patient on Hospice a call went to the office and the clinical supervisor said she was taking care of itAs it turned out she was not and the patient ran out of medication for days and got a lot worse in the patients conditionWhen this was complained about and reported the patient was made out to be the one error though it was really the clinical supervisorWhen this was brought to the clinical supervisor boss nothing was done till an issue was made then then they dealt with it and then had retaliatory action against the patient for making the issue and complaintFrom a company point they deliver less then professional service and service that did make the patient worseif you care about good caring professional service stay away from here

You can not get hold of the social worked and of you leave messages they ate not returned. When you complain the management make your fault and take no responsibility. medications were need by the patient on Hospice a call went to the office and the clinical supervisor said she was taking care of it. As it turned out she was not and the patient ran out of medication for 6 days and got a lot worse in the patients condition. When this was complained about and reported the patient was made out to be the one error though it was really the clinical supervisor. When this was brought to the clinical supervisor boss nothing was done till an issue was made then then they dealt with it and then had retaliatory action against the patient for making the issue and complaint. From a company point they deliver less then professional service and service that did make the patient worse. if you care about good caring professional service stay away from here.
