September 23, 2016On August 18, 2016 our customer service sent an email that this order was unable to be fulfilled and questioned if we could interest her in another product or would she like us to cancel the order. We did not cancel out the order as we had not heard back from the customer yet. We... spoke with the customer the week of September 19, 2016 regarding the order. The customer called in and spoke with our customer service representative April S [redacted] , April informed the customer that we were unable to fulfill the order and that we would cancel the order at that time. April also informed the customer that she had not been charged and by canceling the order she will not be charged in the future.When an order is placed by the customer the system receives the credit card information and authorizes that there are the available funds. Our system does not receive the money until a customer service representative captures the money when the product is ready to ship.The outcome of this order:The order has been canceled in our system and the customer was not charged.If you have any other questions please contact us at ###-###-#### and ask for April S [redacted] or email us at ***@ [redacted] .com
