We explained to *** *** that glasses are adjusted at a patients own risk and no heat or chemical that can damage his lenses were used and that the staff member who assisted him had brought his attention to the damage on the lenses as being present and he should look into where he originally
purchased the glasses to see if there was a warranty availableHe had been satisfied with that and told the associate everything was fineWe were not contacted until after he had left and called saying we had damaged his lenses and he had to go elsewhere to have them replacedWhen asked to produce the lenses he responded he had threw them away after being replacedWe informed him that although there was no fault on our part, and we still stand behind our staff member and sales associate who observed the encounter, we would like would like to come to a resolution and I offered him to replace the lenses at no charge into a new frame he could purchase from usHe agreed to that and we set an appointment to meet and handle it on Monday August 28, If anything chages after our meeting, I will write a followup otherwise assume the complaint resolved

I had started a complaint against pearl vision back on 2-5 id number[redacted] after a lot of chasing the glasses were fixed.
