Tell us why here...Mr [redacted] received and reviewed the vehicle history report and I have it in front of me nowIt clearly states the vehicle had a collision with an animalWe had this discussion and reviewed the report togetherMr and Mrs [redacted] elected to purchase the vehicle at that timeWe feel they negotiated a great deal and are not considering any financial compensation at this time

Tell us TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: We here at Horne Motors work hard to resolve any issues that our customers may have with any of our vehicles We go to great lengths to make our customers happy with their purchases, we do offer a complimentary auto check on all our vehicles Customers have all rights to research any aspect of our vehicle before purchasing There is no law that requires us to show a car fax or any other businesses paperwork showing the history of the vehicle, unless it is on the vehicle title i.eSalvage title, lemon law buy back and ect.Attached is a copy of the detailed vehicle history report ran by Auto check, it clearly states on page that the vehicle was in a collision with an animal, it does not state any other accidents have been reported in reference to this vehicle.Thank you for your time[redacted] Horne Motors of Show Low
