Hormone Therapeutics and I entered into a contract for a 6 month supply of medication for an upfront payment of $1344. The second shipment of medication, in December was delayed, incorrect and incomplete. One of the medications was suspended in the wrong compounding agent and was set for an inaccurate quantity and frequent of injections, ie; it was wholly inaccurate with the prescription. Another medication was completely absent from the shipment. I have contacted the president of Hormone Therapeutics, Hunter ***, and he has dodged the issue and lied about sending the medication. Instead I have had to seek medical care to repair the damage the the incorrect medication did and at this point I would like a refund of $560 for the 2 and a half months of medication that were inaccurate and absent from the delayed shipment.
