Horizon Window Treatments

Review: Horizon promised delivery of a window shade in 3 weeks. When the shade was due I called every 3 days to check on the status and was told "we will check with the vendor and get back to you" each time. I never once received a return phone call. After 3 more weeks of my calling to check status they acknowledged that they had lost and never placed the order. As I had already left a deposit I proceeded with Horizon with the promise that they would expedite my order. I waited another 3 weeks for them to bring the wrong shade. After sleeping in a very sunny room for 9 weeks due to their negligence I refused to return the shade and expected them to bring the correct one when ready. They acknowledge that they are responsible for the obscene delay and that they brought the wrong shade and are refusing to make it right. I have never experienced this level of complete disregard for their consumers. I asked repeatedly to speak to the owner or manager and have never received a call.Desired Settlement: I have no confidence that they are capable of correcting this issue. I would like to return the shade and receive a full refund.
