We called Horizon when our oil furnace decided to stop working and it was the best thing we didIt started with really good customer service call and we received a quick responseSean F [redacted] was there the next day ( as requested by me) on time and quickly went work to troubleshoot our heating systemHe was back early the next morning (again on time) to service our furnace and was able to successfully repair it within a couple of hoursHe explained to me what was wrong with our furnace while giving me great advice on how to maintain our furnace in good working conditionIt was unfortunate for our system to have a problem but I'm glad I called Horizon my family and I have piece of mind knowing that it was repaired correctlyThank you Sean and Horizon
