Our oil fired furnace failed on Friday morning and would not reset. We called Horizon around 10 AM as a new customer and found the receptionist exceptionally courteous and helpful. The receptionist promptly transferred us to a scheduler who arranged for a same day service appointment. The service technician (Lee B.) arrived promptly at 4 PM and quickly diagnosed the problem, successfully reset the furnace, performed a minor repair, and identified possible service to avoid future unexpected failures. Lee B. was very courteous, very knowledgeable and professional. We thank Horizon Services personnel for their professionalism and definitely recommend Horizon Services for prompt efficient service.

Jared did a good, efficient, and clean job. I am pleased with his service.

Excellent service - arrived right at the beginning of service window and was very polite. Pricing was cheaper than the previous company we used where we supposedly got a family discount! Technician even gave us some good tips on cutting our bill and helping our very old unit run better.

Douglas M. from Horizon Services showed up when he was scheduled to and was courteous and informative. He quickly assessed th problem with the AC and called the office for the necessary part. It was delivered quickly and Douglas installed and had AC back up and running in a short time. We will be calling Horizon again when the need arises and will recommend to others. Technician (Doug M) arrived on time and was very courteous. Service I requested was a maintenance tune up. He performed the tune-up in a professional manner, and informed me of some recommendations related to my hot water heater. He gave me a couple of options to consider but at no time did he attempt to pressure me into purchasing further services. All in all, I was very pleased with the service provided.

I absolutely LOVE this company. I just moved into a new townhouse and I had to so far have Horizon for Plumbing, Air Conditioner service, Heatings Service and the last service was Plumbing again. Andrew G and Joe were my technicians and were great. They installed a faucet, dishwasher & ice maker line. They were fast and cleaned up after their service was done. They were very kind as soon as they walked into the door and offered me a great price to complete my services. Top notch company for sure. I would refer Horizon to all family members and friends that I know and anyone else that is looking for household services.

Had Andrew S. to our home to repair a leaking drain line. Arrived on time and was very professional and courteous while in our home. Cleaned up the entire work area. Was also very informative each step of the process.

I had seen the commercials and experienced it in real life. Very professional, discussed everything and made the repair easily. Thankfully it was a minor issue with my furnace. I also had him install a new wifi thermostat at a reasonable cost. He helped with the basic programming. He was a pleasure to work with.
