We called Horizon because we needed a dishwasher installed The service fee to come out was to be $which would be applied to the service charge for installing the dishwasher When the technician arrived, he sat down and with no mention of the dishwasher install, began to explain an HVAC service for $ I stated I was not interested in an HVAC service He then explained the year service warranty the dishwasher installation would come with The warranty is not an option The cost to have my dishwasher installed would be a total of $ I thought this was a joke! I, of course, declined to go forward The problem is that it is deceptive to state they are coming to provide a dishwasher installation and then sell a warranty for their service which is not an option I expected to have a technician come out to provide a dishwasher installation, but this company is not in business to provide the service I asked for It is in business to provide a inflated service warranties The average price to install a dishwasher is $100-$ If this was presented to an older person or someone who did not know better, he or she may have been fooled by this practice Most dishwashers are not even $673, and the "installation" should not be either This is a deceptive practice Very unhappy that we wasted our time with this company
