Although the technician visit did not go entirely as expected (a different repair will be required than what was anticipated), the technician was professional in his behavior and clear in describing the issues and options.

My a/c unit needed servicing. The technician explained my various options, followed protocol and was in and out in no time. He was personable and very professional. The time he came out was just after one of the areas worst storms, so his quick response was appreciated.

The technician was punctual and thorough. He explained everything to me in easy to understand terms and illustrations.

[redacted] was well skilled in the service he provided, very polite and well dressed. Kept the area very clean. He also answered all my questions about my concerns. He went over every part of his findings to make sure I understood what problems I had and ways to resolve them.

I have never had a drain or plumbing problem in the past 15 years so I did not know who to call. While I was out running errands this afternoon, I stopped at a red light, and a Horizon truck was beside me. I quickly called the number on the truck and spoke with a very helpful young lady who took my request to have a technician come to my home today. I thought certain that they would schedule me for next week!!! I was surprised that someone would come so fast! I was pleased with the speed that Horizon arranged to have [redacted] come to my home. [redacted] came within a few hours of my call to Horizon. He was very polite and understood the problem and proceeded to work on my drain problem.

My experience with [redacted] was great. He addressed all of my concerns and explained solutions for each item discussed. He was very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend him.

[redacted] was great. He explained everything and cleaned up after himself. He is always polite and respectful.

Overall, the service is great, but I do think the prices are slightly high. we added on a new faucet and diverter for our downstairs bathroom and it was $1200. This seems excessive. I have spent well over $10,000 with Horizon in the past 18 months...I am hoping there is a VIP discount coming my way.

[redacted] came in to do a plumbing inspection on our home, something that had not been done in quite some time. He arrived on time, in a neat, clean uniform. He went through the home careful not to disturb our things or our sleeping sons. Efficiently, he went from sink to toilet to shower, showing me the good and the bad at each step. When finished, we sat together and went through the items that needed repair and the best way to accomplish those repairs.

I could not ask for a better, more well-qualified technician than [redacted], and I would certainly ask for him if the opportunity arises again in the future.

The technician arrived at our home in the time allotted and completed all work inside of that time frame as well. He went over all of our options without being pushy and explained the status of the system thoroughly.
