Horizon River

I purchased some equipment from Horizon River Technologies for my small business My business closed, and I was put in touch with a MrBob F* at Horizons so that he may start the refund process for equipment NEVER shipped and NEVER received
I first reached out to MrF* in August He was at first very helpful and was sure to answer my phone calls and emails It is now December 2018, and I still have not received my refund check When I call MrF* he is always in meetings and NEVER calls me back I have left messages, emails, and voicemails for MrF*
