Review: Services were not completed and caused damage to grass. [redacted] did not provide mulch to all the areas discussed and agreed. Landscaping team tore up grass on right side of front yard used to transfer mulch and trees to back yard. They should have used walkway or driveway. A car was blocking driveway; however, they never called prior to let me know they were coming nor called on day of service. Mulch should not have been an issue because mulching was to same areas mulched by company in the past.I called and left message day after landscaping team came. No response. I had used business prior with no issues so just expected landscaping to complete work and repair grass in coming week when had other jobs in the area. I called 1 week later and spoke to someone. They stated owner would call me back the following day. No response.Desired Settlement: Mulch area missed by landscaping team. Seed area next spring (now that nearing winter) where landscaping team tore up grass.

Dear [redacted],
This letter is in response to a complaint from a customer of mine named [redacted] who is located at [redacted] MD [redacted]. The case number assigned to this complaint is [redacted] I. spoke to **. [redacted] and agreed to complete his mulching after the snow and ice has cleared the ground. In terms of the grass he agreed to wait until May to see if the grass will grow back. After speaking with **. [redacted], we came to an understanding that the grass roots will probably grow new grass keeping a consistent lawn.
On the record, I was unaware that **. [redacted] had any concerns pertaining to the job until I received a letter of complaint through the Revdex.com. Only one of his three calls were ever recorded on my message pad. That record being November 16, 2013.1 apparently was out of town during his attempts to call us and missed the one and only call that was documented. Feel free to contact **. [redacted] in regards to this matter, and we would appreciated you holding final judgement of this complaint until the weather will allow us to complete mulching the section our crew missed. If there are any other further concerns the Revdex.com or **. [redacted] is encouraged to call us at ###-###-####.1 am most likely reachable in the mornings between 8:30 and 10:30.
Sincerely,
