I attempted to get in contact with Ms*** on a number of occasions once I was provided the notice and was
finally able to connect with her yesterday afternoon and give her step by step instructions on navigating our teller express system so that she could make the necessary
transfers on her
own. Once she was able to complete the transfer on her own, Ms*** did call me back to let me know she was successful and thanked me for assisting
Additionally, during the time that Ms*** was unable to make transfers through our automated system herself, she did call in every month
to our contact center and transferred the necessary funds

In his complaint this consumer claimed that we refused to share with him the name of the insurance company that we bought force-placed insurance from and that he needed to file a claim. The attachments are 3 notices that were mailed to him with contact information and phone numbers. ...
The actual policy was booked in December, 2016, and the policy with all details are included. At that time his loan was seriously past due and we were actively trying to llocate the collateral to repossess it. During this process we paid out $1,386.00 in attorney fees as we filed a lawsuit for claim and delivery against him. He finally surrendered the collateral to us on March 29, 2017, and we will file the insurance claim to get the damage repaired. We will then sell the collateral at auction and inform the consumer via mail, as is required in the federal statute that regulates repossession deficiency balance notifications, as the consumer will be responsible for this amount.
