Mr. [redacted] was correct the washer was not working correctly. Unfortunately the first couple of times there our service tech missed the correct diagnosis to repair the washer. We since have repaired the washer and refunded Mr. [redacted] his money on Sunday 10/2/16. We apologize for the inconvenience.
