[redacted] I did not respond to the 1st letter because I have been in contact with the customer as soon as I returned from vacation I do have numerous dates and times that I have spoken with the customer We have mailed a check for $for the carpet repair, [redacted] *** [redacted] , Who she wanted) has been out to her home to survey what needs to be done and is scheduling times for the repairs (most of which are not transit related but are really from every day use, [redacted] confirmed this) We are doing that in the extra step trying to accomplish satisfaction The hole in the mattress (again can't see how it is transit related) it is about the size of a pencil top on the side) I have authorized the stitching of that I am not replacing the mattress as it is still completely functional Besides you put a mattress cover and sheets on it I do have pictures of this as well With regards to the mirror I specifically asked her to be sure to show [redacted] the damage and we will either repair or replace at his recommendation She threw it away before [redacted] got there and now expects us to pay $for something we didn't have the chance to inspect Bottom line is she wants money period for things that are way over exaggerated So to sum up, I am in a holding pattern for [redacted] to finalize the repairs and all should be closed out Please let me know if there is anything else I should do
