We have spoken to Mr. [redacted] and have ordered a new back for his La-z-boy recliner. When it arrives we will make repair which is under manufacturers warranty terms.

called about it, it had a board broken in the back. We exchanged it for a La-z-boy sofa & chair which was more expensive for basically the same price he paid for the other set. Unfortunately it took several months to receive his new furniture due to fabric back order. All this time we allowed him to use his original furniture at no charge. Ironically a few weeks after receiving his replacement La-z-boy furniture, which again was signed for in good order, there is a tear in the back of the recliner. We were not aware of the problem until we received an email the later part of June. I responded to his email stating we would take care of the problem at no cost. The part is on order. When it arrives we will take care of it. He is aware of this.
