Hopkins Auto Spa

Brought my 6 week old vehicle and paid $18 to have it washed and dried. Felt an unusual shift in the car during the wash and when I got home both the passenger side doors had a huge scuff mark on it. When I went back to notify the owner/manager he looked at the car and denied that his car wash created the scuff mark and then offered to buff it out for $80 per panel (two doors = $160). He also stated that he had his employee's clean the brushes in the morning prior to the incident (something I do not believe happened). I am very disappointed that they are taking no responsibility for the marks when I am 100% positive the wash caused the damage. I have put less than 900km's on this car, always park in my garage and the scuff marks were not present prior to the car wash - This is a fact. I should have hand washed the vehicle like I did the previous week.

This is not a reputable business. Take your chances getting a car wash at this business. If something gets damaged you will be on your own and it will cost hundreds of dollars to repair the damage caused by the incompetence of Hopkins Auto Spa.
