Hopesource has failed to provide any info. to the online application made weeks ago. The person that calls & texts just leaves generic msgs to call back. And never answers her line. Supervisors do not return calls & the receptionist says there needs to be a intake. No one there can yell me why this is taking so long. They really don't care that its been weeks. Or even say how long on average applying for assistance takes. They are very inconsiderate & cause for much additional stress by the rude way they choose to conduct them selves. They really could careless. And do not care that I've waited 3 yrs on a waiting list to her into this propetty- that they own & claim not to be aware of either. They should be ashamed of themselves- Hopesource employees & company as a whole.

I reached out to Hope Source of Ellensburg WA 98926 for rent assistance. I suffer from PTSD and Agoraphobia with severe panicking attacks in public places or situations. I explaine this to HopeSource and was told I would still need to come in to have an interview. I told them I could not attend an interview do to my current situation. I'm fully disabled with SSI and I fall under the ADA and hopesource did not care of my circumstances. Issues like this keep people with disabilities like mine from reaching out for help or assistance.
