Review: The Ghana Association of [redacted], a non-profit organization, contracted the Hope4life Ventures to ship some items from [redacted] in Virginia, USA to Ghana in West Africa in June, 2012. The Company offered poor service resulting in the Association incurring huge debt at the sea port in Ghana. All efforts made to get the Director of the company, [redacted]) to explain what led to that problem have fallen on the rocks. He has refused to respond to three letters to him to offer any explanation.Desired Settlement: We want to bring this to the attention of Revdex.com and response from Hope4life Ventures, and also for refund of part of the cost.

The attached container arrived in Tema on 6/16 but has not yet been collected by the consignee. Please check with your consignee and let us know when they plan on getting the container. The longer it sits there, the more it will cost to release it.
