Review: I dont know where I can write a [redacted]plain regarding a local farmer, Hope Valley Farm CSA, in Coeur dAlene/Rathdrum area. I had been cheated by Hope Farm early this year. I subscribed 12 weeks of produce, weekly basket, for $240. Hope Valley Farm cancelled my subscription in June 2013 and didnt give my money back. Can you help me? Re: HOPE Valley FARM CSAIn April 3, 2013, I subscribed CSA, 12 weeks of fresh produce for $240. This was my first year and I was very exciting. April 30, I mailed my check to [redacted] and had been cashed. Then, I didnt hear anything from [redacted]. So, I e-mailed her on June 10, asked her when and where to pick my produce up. On June 10, [redacted]s replied my e-mail and said sorry that she could not fulfill the CSA and have to release some of her shareholders to make some family ac[redacted]modations. She promised to return the money. I didnt receive anything from her. On July 12, I e-mailed her again. She didnt reply my e-mail. It has been 2 months after her cancellation. I e-mailed her again on July 21. She replied on July 22 and said shed been busy and asked my address. I provided my address. I didnt receive my money back yet. I e-mailed her on August 18 and September 3. Since then, she didnt reply my e-mail. On October 4, I called her twice and left messages on her phone at (###) ###-###-####. She didnt return my phone call. I am disappointed with Hope Valley Farm and [redacted] that took my money, didnt fulfill my share, and didnt return my money. I want the Revdex.com be aware of its member/farmer, pay attention to this case, and take care this manner. Now is October 27, 2013. I didnt get the produce and Hope Valley Farm didnt return my money as she promised. Please, please help me. I didnt know where to get help with this. [redacted] didnt answer and return my call. She promise to refund my share since she could not fulfill my CSA share produce of $240. I e-mailed and called her but no responds and she would not answer my phone. I only want my money back. $240 is worth a lot for a disable, unemployed widow. She has to keep her promise to return the money if she cannot fullfil her CSA basket.

For now, since I received the check, I will close the complaint after 6 months battle for the refund. [redacted] from [redacted] has a program called “[redacted]” and helped me to call her to refund the money. Usually, it takes 1 week for the check to be cleared. I am hoping there will be no problem.
