We would like to clarify that at no time has [redacted] "invested" in anything with Hope & Opportunities Inc. or Mark [redacted]. (See Form from Better Living Global Marketing) you will see on March 15, 2014 she purchased 1 Unit from Better Living Global Marketing and her sponsor was [redacted] who was her boyfriend at the time. Again this is not an invest, [redacted] purchased 1 unit of bids to be used in bidding on items in a Penny Action through Better Living and by doing so she would have the opportunity to earn daily revenue shares from Better Living.
[redacted] contacted me and asked if Hope and Opportunities would be willing to manage [redacted]'s account (see form). I emailed this form to [redacted] and she sent it back and instead of signing it she just typed her name in it but she also never included a payment and has never made a payment to have her account managed.
Hope & Opportunities Inc. or Mark [redacted] has not ever been hired and never has had any contractual agreement or investment agreement, or management agreement with the [redacted] especially when she has never paid for services of any kind. When payments were not received I informed [redacted] that she could manage her own account and do her own bidding since she never paid for management services and that it would only take her approx. 10 mins every 4 months to do this.
Hope & Opportunities Inc. cannot return her "investment" since there were no Investments, and for the record Hope & Opportunities is not in the investment business with anyone.
