I have meet with *** and agreed to replace and do the repairs as requestedDo to the winter season I told *** I had to wait until spring to replace the plants and the line would be added and everything she requested was going to be replaced and repairedWe have this on our schedule for early March
to get it doneWith the cold weather we don't plant or replace plant because of the frost or freeze that happens and kills them
