[redacted] payoff was handled on 8-16-2016 as per attached proof of shipping receipt. She was giving the same answer everytime she called after that date, with that answer being “ Bank has yet to clear the check." [redacted] did not dear the check until 8/24/16. The check was mailed so it was up to her bank to finalize the loan. Yes it was handled but I traded my vehicle in on 8/1/16 and Michael price did not attempt to pay off my trade in until 8/16 as he stated which is when my next payment was due. He clearly was scamming me so his payoff would be less.

Review: I purchased a vehicle from this company and traded my vehicle in. This was all done on August 1st and they have yet to payoff my vehicle that I traded in. I have contacted them at least 8 time but I keep getting the run around. They now have my Lincoln I traded in on the lot for sale while I'm still making payments on it.Desired Settlement: I want my traded in vehicle paid off and paid back for payment I made on it.

Michael P[redacted] from Hoovers contacted me today and stated my vehicle in now paid off and I will be getting a refund check. I also verified this with the bank.
