I had a key copied for my 2002 Honda Odyssey. I called about key not working and the woman hung up on me.
When I given the key copy to my 2002 Honda Odyssey, the gentleman asked if I needed a receipt for the $5.00 charge on my credit card. I said no as long as you make certain it works. I called to ask the gentleman if he could work with the copy to get it to work. the woman hung up on me and would not answer my call back to her.
If the key copy could be wire brushed to get it work, that would be satisfactory. Otherwise, I am at a loss for a key that doesn't work and I deserve a credit.
