What a nightmare! This was the worse experience I've ever had! To make a long story short, I took my taxes to him on April 3, and just picked them up to sign on June 5thAfter several calls to his office with no return calls, my husband finally caught him at his office to pick up our taxes so that we could go somewhere elseLouis promised, AGAIN that they would be done "the next day", we agreed because he filed an extension with the IRS unbeknownst to my husband and I, so we figured we would let him finish what he startedLouis also agreed to work with us regarding payment to him due to inconvenience we went thru during the previous two months it took for him just to prepare our taxesThe fair amount that he charged use was $May I also mention that I have never owed taxes until this yearJust lost my son months ago, was hoping that Louis would of made this a little easier for me, not add to the daily stress and anxiety that I'm already battling withThanks LouisIf anyone would like additional documentation regarding this situation (dates, of emails, phone calls, receipts, ETC) I would be more then happy to share
