I am rejecting this response because: They continually tried to place verbal requirements to cancel the membership and did not follow the contract This business is still trying to charge my credit card for services that I cancelled in December

Attached, is *** certified letter we recieved on April 18, for cancellationThe letter sent by *** ***, is not valid due to the member's past due balance*** ***'s initials and two signatures acknowledge Results Personal Training's policy.Once *** *** pays her past due balance of $121.01, she will then need to mail a cancellation letter or go in to Results Personal Training, San Antonio, Tx, to sign the cancellation form
