Hooters

My friend and myself visited Hooters October 18, 2019. We ordered 20 wings, appetizer, hamburger bun, pink lemonade, lemonade, iced tea. The wings were cold and not thoroughly cooked and red at the bone. The wings were awful and we were HIGHLY disappointed with our meal. I contacted the manager who refused to do anything without a receipt when I told him in the beginning of our conversation that I didn't have the receipt. The food was paid for with a debit card and can be tracked through their system. I want a refund in full for the horrible food.
