I have tried to contact Mr [redacted] times now, I was able to speak to him once and offered to give him a $gift card for his troubles but have yet to hear back from him, the reason he was asked to leave that night was he was being rude to one of our servers and the guests that were seated at the same table as himself, the guests asked him to calm down and he didn’t, the server was carrying beers to the table and was going back for his water when he got really loud with the waitress, she could only carry so much at one time, she started to cry and the guests at the table wanted him to leave, the manager asked him to sit down and be quite he said a few choice words and the manager asked him to leaveI have inclosed statements from my manager on duty that night hooters girls and guests, if neededI would like to just give the gentleman a $gift card and be done with the negativity, this man has been coming into our establishment for a while now and has never been a trouble, in fact he is usually very nice and I would like to keep him as a customer [redacted] ***

We havd no way of knowing in advance of our visit that customers transformer was in need of replacement Service Technician suggested to expedite the matter we would [redacted] the transformer to her husband and he could plug it into the UV lamp Service was done and I reduced the price by $ Customer seemed to have been pleased with the price reductionShould you have any further questions, please get back to me Thank youNeptune Soft Water, IncTeall AvenueSyracuse, NY

We were not awareof any soap order since we last shipped to customer in NOVHowever we have since delivered the lamp and soap productsWe regret that the lamp was not in stock when the customer ordered.All issues with this customer have been resolved on Feb10, THANK YOU ***

call every month and ask for detergent - I spoke to the woman who answers the phone (I believe her name is ***) at least times in the last year She will attest to this I do eventually get dishwashing soap and laundry detergent but it takes almost a month from when I call - and I keep calling until I have been told it is "in stock" Someone did come to fix the water softener and put a lightbulb in HOWEVER the transformer was broken and they couldn't fix it Their solution is to send me the transformer - have my husband install that - and then have my husband put the lightbulb in and see if it works I still was charged a service fee even though mu husband has to actually be the "service guy" I am happy to pay for the lightbulb and the filter however I do not feel I should have to pay for the "service" since 1) he really didn't fix the problem 2) my husband has to actually do the "repairs" and 3) I waited for almost weeks for the parts to come in and for someone to come to my house I have spoken to *** and told him that I think his company has the worst possible customer service and that I would absolutely not recommend Neptune to anyone He just chuckled the entire time I was on the phone He apparently thinks this whole fiasco is a big joke.I have just returned from vacation and the part (the transformer) is here so my husband will install it this evening When the repairman could not fix it days ago when he was here, I thought for sure *** would call and apologize that I waited to almost months for someone to come, and yet when he walked away, it still was not fixed The repairman asked me to pay the bill but I said no When I got home today there was a message from *** - with his cell phone number It is amazing that when he wants me to call HIM back he leaves his cell even though I have asked for his cell phone number numerous times and was told they could not give it to me.I still feel that I should ABSOLUTELY NOT have to pay for a service fee - especially since he really didn't provide any "service" I look forward to your response *** ***

the same table as himself,  the guests asked him to calm down and he didn’t, the server was carrying 4 beers to the table and was going back for his water when he got really loud with the waitress, she could only carry so much at one time, she started to cry and the guests at the table wanted him to leave, the manager asked him to sit down and be quite he said a few choice words and the manager asked him to leave. I have inclosed statements from my manager on duty that night 3 hooters girls and 2 guests, if needed. Inspection of the system found no salt in water or burning taste.  System removes any salt that might be in the water through a scientific process called membrance technology and that was working perfectly.

Review: Once again a Hooters waitress has modified my credit card payment, changing and increasing the amount of tip that I signed and left for her. I found this out when I balanced my statement and was out-of-balance. I checked all receipts and determined that the amount charged for my meal on 11/21 was not what I signed for on the receipt. It also took 4 days for this charge to appear on my statement so Hooters seemed to think that there was a problem but then just ignored it and processed the charge since the amount was only a small amount. It seems to me that these young girls do not respect someone else's money and it is a joke to change receipts or to short change a customer when paying in cash. Getting short changed in cash has also happened many times. This is a Hooters management training issue.Desired Settlement: I not only want a refund but a full reimbursement of the amount charged. The total amount charged was 21.14. The amount I signed for, including the tip, was 19.57 (17.14 + 2.43). A total difference of 1.57.I also want to know what it going to be one to stop this issue. It is a common situation as this is the second time it has happened to me and it has also happened to my friend who was overcharged $20.
