Everything was fine until I reached into my bag of chocolate covered espresso beans this afternoon and came across a piece of blue latex glove! It was about half way into the bag. That is so sickening...to make it worse, the glove is stained and has crud on it.

I have been a satisfied customer of Hoosier Hill Farm for many years. However on Saturday May 11, my order was denied. Figured a glitch in the system and tried again. Same thing. I immediately sent an email to customer service on the problem and demanding a credit on my credit card. A few minutes later I received an Email from my credit card company asking if I recognized a purchase. Even though my order was denied twice, I was charged both times. I contacted *** and asked tthat the charges be declined. On Tuesday, May 14 I received an email from Hoosier Hill Farm apologizing for the problem but implying that it was my fault due to the charges being delivered declined by ***. They didn't seem interested in the fact that I cancelled payment after being charged twice for an order they denied. I believe they have a serious problem with their system that denies an order, but still charged my credit card.

This customer mistakenly suggests she was charged even though our website told her the charge was declined and the email she sent to us from her credit card company, ***, indicated the charge was declined. The email this customer sent to us FROM *** stated "Please let us know if you or an authorized user made the purchase below. / Yes, I Recognize It / If you respond yes, declined transactions will stay declined. After responding, try your card again." Unless the customer can show us that *** charged her (even when they stated they did not) it is our determination that this is a baseless complaint. Thank you
