We contacted the customer prior to Revdex.com letter and informed them that we would have a crew out as soon as weather permitted. As it turned out on March 7th. we went out and prepared the roof for the following day March 8th. We identified the problem as water getting up behind the metal flashing...
where it was no longer sealed but not visible. We removed the metal and repaired the entire length of the roof. The grandson was present both days and agreed with our approach to remedy the problem. In fact he removed the metal and wanted to reinstall it himself. When we left the job he was pleased with the results. We will remain in contact with our customer to make sure our repairs were successful. We are also providing this additional information to correct inaccuracies posted by the customer. Job was completed on 9/25/07 not 10/9/08 and the purchase price was $[redacted] not $[redacted]

Review: Had flat roof installed that continually leaks since installation date. Under warranty and waiting for the company to try for a third time to repair it. In the meantime interior damage to plaster ceilings and walls is continuing including plaster falling down, hardwood floor damage, and toxic mold. Company takes it's time scheduling a repair and comes to apply a few bandaids then the leaks continue. Installation was defective from the beginning. Company refuses to redo the flashing along the leaking roof edge.Desired Settlement: Do a complete repair under warranty as contracted. Help pay for interior damages.
