Mr. [redacted] did come to shop and wanted to know what it would cost to remove and replace a motor in his car. [redacted] gave him a price _of purchasing a used motor of $800.00 and $1000.00 to place in vehicle. While the motor was out new plugs and some hoses were replaced as a preventive measure. This cost was about $100.00 more.After the motor was installed the motor had a miss init and [redacted] called [redacted]which the motor was purchased and requested a replacement motor.[redacted] said to have the customer Mr. [redacted] bring the vehicle to them and theywould replace the motor so Mr.[redacted] would not have to pay again.[redacted] told Mr.[redacted] to take the car to someone he knew to have it looked at. Mr.[redacted] told [redacted]this place ransome wire andthe motor ranfine.If he had the motor running fine why would you take apart the fix?[redacted] has done many removals and replacements with not issues,the wirijng harness is in a cluster of wires with plugs to reconnect to their proper places. There are times when the motors are not good and need to be replaced with another and [redacted] has replaced.A full refund is out of the question and if a wire was ran and the car ran find and that service was paid for that shop should have allowed the fix to stay in place.  [redacted] did what he said he would do remove and replace a motor.Mr. [redacted] bill was $1100.00 and there is a balance of $179.00,so if a wire was a fix Mr. [redacted] should use this to have wire reattached
