Review: This Basketball camp canceled the camp the day before it was supposed to start. It was supposed to last for a full week. They said a full refund would be issued 5 to 7 days later.
I never received payment or ever heard from [redacted] who is the Camp Director. [redacted] investigated my complaint of payment and no services. They closed the case and agreed to give me a refund. I just wanted people to be aware that this seems to be a poorly run organization and I would STRONGLY recommend not sending your kids to this camp. Extremely unprofessional behavior was exhibited by them.Desired Settlement: They should have called each person by phone and informed them of the camp being cancelled and made sure everyone got reimbursed.
