Hook & Go Towing Recovery

Review: The tow company was suppose to bring the car to car lot after paying the amount that was agree to with the car. We set in the car lot from 2pm to about 5pm, he was a no show for bring the car back. The tow man (Chad) say he would drop the car off where it was picked up at. That was fine seven o'clock, no show, eight o'clock no show, nine o'clock no show, call Him on the phone and he say he gave the car to His guys and they are right around the corner. We call Him he put his phone on voice mail. Then 11:30 pm look out the window and I seen them dropping the car off, they just left the car and did not call. Went downstairs had to call and ask the man for the key they left under the mat. The car was smelling like weed and the tank was empty no gas. I had a liver transplant a year ago and I suffer with other medical illness from a brain tumor at the age of 7. I became so sick and throwing up in the car from the smell. The smell is still in the car. The smell also made my mom sick and nose started bleeding and start spitting up blood.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursement for gas, cleaning of car, for pain and suffering. We would like $500.00.
