I am rejecting this response because: we were told the flooring was top grade, which it was not. The longest piece was 14" and most of it was 6-8" longthat is not top grade hard wood flooring. When I called in the person I spoke to told me to
bring it all back which is what we did. I believe by the way theflooring looked that was in the box we opened some of it had been put down by someone else and then returned to the store and they sold it as new.It was junk! You used to be able to go to Hoods and get almost anything and good quality, but not anymore
