They are very good to collect the money but at the time to make a refund it takes them a long time to get the "approval"
I had surgery on April,1st 2015 before the surgery was performed they were eager to get a co-pay of about $1,000. After the surgery (witch was successful) On May I received an explanation of benefits from my insurance stating that I only needed to pay about $200. I've been waiting to get a refund for more than a month, I've made several phone calls,by the way the wait time is horrible, and they keep telling me that it has to be approved, finally I went to the financial services office and the receptionist told me that it will only take a managers signature to get the approval for the refund after waiting a long time to have the unpleasant surprise that all the managers are in a meeting on the other side of town (how convenient) and can't get the signature.
