Spoke with Allison about cancelling my account, she told me that my account had been closed since October. After further research she said they had changed to a new system and that I shouldn't have been billed for the months questioned. However, I had been billed (ach) for November, December, and after several conversations (and proof from my bank statement, that payments have been coming out) Allison told me she would refund me. Never the less, after almost one month and one more conversation with Allison,she told me she didn't know what was going.
