8/22/2016. She had self service in my laundromat at that date. I had video showing she add something direct into her clothes before she started the washers. That was a terible mistake. That could cause those color clothes bleeding. She complainted about previous customer had bleach left in the machine. Whichtime  that also was nonsence. The customers always added bleach when the machines started not after completed whole wash cycle. Our commercial washers have two wash cycles and three rinse cycles in order to complete whole cleaning process. That is inpossible we can find bleach left in the machines after five time water went over. In the bottom line, we also have store policy which we have big signs on the both side of walls.
