Honeybum only sent 2 of my 3 items I paid for. They are ignoring my emails to get a refund for the item I didn't receive.
I made an order on May, 24th for 3 items. Order number: XXXXXXXX. I received confirmation that 2 of my items shipped. I never received any confirmation of the 3rd item- blue "bring it back set." The item cost *** The item has never arrived. I have reached out to honeybum via email and they ignore it. I reached out via their Facebook page for assistance and it appears that they blocked me. I paid for my item and they refuse to send it to me or give a refund. That is theft.

Desired Outcome

Since I paid for an item that was never even shipped out, I would like a full refund. I would like confirmation of the refund as well.

We sincerely apologize if this email was missed for any reasons. Additionally, we apologize that there was a delay on the Bring It Back Set. We experienced a vendor delay due to Covid-19.

Upon further investigation, the warehouse processed the order as we received our stock from the vendor on 6/15/20. Your item is currently in transit to you. Please see the tracking we provided in an email to the email on file. The estimated delivery date is 6/18/20.

Additionally, we apologize that nobody responded via Facebook. We handle all of our customer inquiries through this email *** Due to extremely high volumes of emails, we may take 24-48 hours to respond. We never intentionally ignore our valued customers. We always want to provide the best customer experience possible.

I never received my order I paided for items though afterpay they said they don't refund
I placed a order with honeybum this was my first time placeing a order with this company I used afterpay to make my payment I never received my order, I reach out to honeybum letting them know that I have not received my order its showing it was delivered to another city that I don't live at then I reach out to honey bum for them to tell me that they don't do refunds and they sent me a gift card so basically I owing after *** so basically I have to pay for clothes that I don't have and they don't want to fix it or refund afterpay.

The customer's order was sent to the correct zip code. Upon further investigation with the courier (DHL) they advised us that the city the customer resides in shares the zip code with two other cities. We have an open claim with DHL regarding this incident. Currently, the tracking states delivered to the correct zip code. We are awaiting a response with DHL for the claim status, which takes up to 7 business days. The customer has been notified and we will reach out once DHL processes the claim. Honeybum is not liable for packages that state "delivered" and we mention this in our policy here: https://www.honeybum.com/pages/shipping-info. Additionally, the customer's order was shipped exactly how it was shown at checkout and it was confirmed as the correct address by the customer. We will handle the complaint with the customer as soon as we hear back with DHL. We apologize again for any inconvenience and look forward to resolving this for the customer.

My address is XXXXX *** street *** XXXXX that's my address I let honeybum know there missing the apartment letter and that's not where it shows *** and also the address that they have XXXXX *** street *** XXXXX so that's incorrect

As per our previous response, the customer's order was sent to the correct zip code (XXXXX). The claim is still pending with DHL since it has yet to meet the maximum time frame that they state. The customer has been notified and we will be reaching out once DHL processes the claim. At this time, we are awaiting a response from DHL in regards to the claim.

I placed an order over a month ago. I have yet to receive my order. I have reached out to the company NUMEROUS times to no avail. No response.

And the fact that I haven't been able to get in touch with anyone further proves their lack of accountability and ***.

Unfortunately, the customer's package was lost by the courier. She reached out via email requesting a refund, which was processed on 5/28/20. We emailed her a confirmation stating this. Per our shipping policy, Honeybum has no control over lost or stolen packages. Additionally, we do not refund original shipping costs paid by the customer. All of our policies are clearly stated on our website: ***. Please note, we also don't offer refund for customers. We only provide reshipments or store credits for these cases. Please see our return policy here: ***. Due to the circumstances the customer encountered, I processed a refund for the item amount and notified her of this. We always try to do what's best for our customers in these rare situations. The customer had no further questions as of 5/28/20 and the refund was successfully processed on our end.

Ordered a set from the website on 4/22/20. It was a preorder that was to ship 4/30/20. My order is lost.
I ordered 4/22 for shipment to go out 4/30/20. They finally sent to *** delivery service on 5/14. It's now 5/21 and *** has not moved my package and dropped off to secondary carrier in 7 days! The post office claims *** has not dropped this package off. No one is available to help and I want a refund! This is absolutely crazy that no one can tell me when my product is yet honeybum has no problem charging me over a month ago for something I still have not received that Is potentially lost in the mail. It's a circle of Blame games where USPS says call *** and *** says contact Honeybum, and honeybum doesn't reply to consumer questions! I'm ready to call the bank and dispute this charge. I will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH HONEYBUM AGAIN!!!

Desired Outcome

I want a full refund for the month of inconvenience and don't want to have any further contact with this company. I do not want them to resend anything originally ordered. I will find another reputable company to do business with.

Currently, due to Covid-19 there are many delays with not only the couriers, but also our fulfillment center, as we have to follow government issued mandates for social distancing. We notified all customers of delays via email. The item the customer ordered was a pre-order item which had an expected ship date of the second week of May. We were slightly delayed, but processed the order on 5/14/20. Additionally, we responded to all inquiries sent by the customer. Unfortunately, Honeybum has no control over courier delays. We understand that the package had not updated in several days. Typically, this is not normal. However, under Covid-19 restrictions, it is becoming completely normal for packages to take several days to update. Couriers are working with limited employees and are severely backed up, which causes late delivery dates to customers. Upon further checking, the package was delivered successfully to the customer on May 23rd, 2020, despite the tracking not updating for several days. *** cannot consider a package lost (US ONLY) until it's been 21 days+ since they have been in acceptance of the package. This customer received the package before that time frame. Unfortunately, due to Covid-19 delays we are unable to further assist any customers until AFTER the time frame has passed, as it's likely the customer will receive the package within that time frame. If for any reason a customer does not receive the package after that time frame, we always follow proper protocol to offer a reshipment or refund to store credit, as our policies state. We apologize for any delays or inconveniences, as this is never our intention with our valued customer.s

I placed an order for 3 items, 2 of which were the same when they were supposed to be different (a tank, pants, and robe, I received 2 pairs of pants)
I placed an order on 1/16 (order XXXXXXX) for a robe, tank, and pants (the total was *** I received 2 pairs of pants and a robe. All of which was terrible quality, the fabric was not sewn together all the way and the items did not match in color. I reached out about this and was asked to send photos (so I did) then was told I would have to send everything back before receiving what I ordered. The customer service agent (***) was not helpful. I reached out over Instagram and was told I would be receiving a shipping label to return the items for a refund and still never received it. Everything about my interaction with this company has been poor, they never even offered to fix their mistakes and want me to do the leg work to even get what I ordered.

I did that. That is how I initially contacted the company.

I ordered two items from Honeybum on 1/18/20 and according to Honeybum it left their warehouse on 1/20. It's 1/29 and I have yet to receive it.
Honeybum has not been able to give me a straight answer regarding order#XXXXXXX and their customer service is horrible. I live in LA county and their warehouse is in LA county. They keep on putting the blame on USPS, however I have never had a problem with USPS THUS FAR. I truly believe Honeybum did not have my items, that is why its taken so long. It should not take 9 days to receive an item. I advised I do not want the items and want a full refund. They refuse to grant my wishes.

Been asking for a refund for a faulty garment and they refuse to pay for the alteration when it's falling apart.
Faulty garment was mailed to be. Holes in the sleeve and the front pockets are becoming detached from
The coat. Been asking for the alterations to be taken care of or a refund, they are offering me store credit but I no longer want to purchase from this company has they are unethical. They only post positive reviews. I have left a number of negative reviews, and not one has been posted. When brought to their attention, your complaint gets ignored. Would like a third party to help resolve this issue.

Desired Outcome

Would like the alterations to be paid for, or a refund for the product. I should not have to pay it get it fixed when I've worn it 6 times and have had it for 7 weeks.

I returned merchandise back to this company, a pair of jeans at the cost of $54, my package was delivered to their facility on March 26, 2019 with the return address provided and I have yet to receive my store credit. I was in communication with someone from the company who advised they were unable to locate my returned package and would reach out to their warehouse for further assistance, not to mention I provided prove of the tracking number along with the return address. I have yet to receive any response or update from this company after sending numerous emails, this company has poor customer service and communication skills. It has been over 15 days since I returned their merchandise back to them and still haven't received my credit.

I purchased 3 items on April 5th, 2019. Contacted them twice since then. They only responded once and said they were going to ship my items but havent heard anything back from them since then. I emailed again and still havent heard anything back from them.
