We have tried contacting this customer after every phone call and email to set up a time to come out...

and look over the deck.we sell a lot of these specials and have to come out before doing the job to make sure there is no rotten wood etc.we deal with a lot of customers through out... and if we return a call and there is no response we leave a message and wait for the customer to call back. We do apologize for any inconvenience... and hope to get this resolved, and that we are given the chance to make things right. Thanks, [redacted]/HDS

I paid $299 for the service.  I reached out again today before writing this complaint.  I have reached out in June, July (they wrote me also), Oct and now Nov.  Attached is email trail.
