I am rejecting this response because:I fully understand my insurance benefits.  This has nothing to do with insurance.  This has to do with damage that was caused to me from Dr [redacted] while performing a procedure on me as her "guinee pig".  She and staff promised that my bond replacement would be free of charge and not submitted as an insurance claim since Dr [redacted] herself is responsible for ripping it off.  She said since she is at fault that there would be no charge.  Additionally I was repeatedly told the retainer appointment on 4-20 was just a pick up and I would not be charged nor would charges be submitted to my insurance.
