Start work on bathroom never finished already got paid

My daughters septic system was inoperable. Could not use any drains, toilet, shower etc. Mr Wayne N agreed to pump her septic tank and repair leach field. He required $1000 in advance. He agreed to pump the tank the same day 01-13-20 and follow up the next day to repair the leach field. After many promises I finally did get him to pump the tank. However he kept promising to repair the leach field but did not show up. Finally I had no choice but to contact another contractor. I requested a partial refund from Mr N. He denied my request.

I just wanted to have the septic tank emptied out because I never had before. He said he would come out at 4 pm an after numerous calls and delays on his part he shows up at 10:30 pm. I show him the pipe coming out of the basement but he seems confused an gets on my roof looking for the pipe going to my tank. Then after a while he goes all over my property trying to find it. Then he wAnts to go in front of the house to make my invoice out an tells me my pipe is broke. Then he tells me my tank has floated to the top an my pipe has a swag in it. This was around 1:30 in the morning. He didn’t even know where it was. There was so many red flags but I was tired. He made me pay him 1400 dollars right then to replace my pipes when on the phone he told me 250 dollars to pump out the tank. It’s been 2 months and I cannot get ahold of him. He did come out 4 days later an found the lid an finally start to empty the tank but his pump broke down so he said he would be back in a hour an half to pump it out but never came back an left the lid off so all the rain water an my topsoil went in my tank. After a couple weeks we put the lid back on it. He is a scammer.

Hired Honey Dippin Septic (Pooped Dynasty) to repair leech field for my septic system, Mr. Wayne Neeley, assured he was very knowledgeable on the repairs to the septic system and leech field, he started to make these repairs on Jan.18,2019 at approximately 6:30pm, they worked till 11:00 pm that night tearing up my yard to make repairs, tore out the distribution box that he said I didn’t need, came back the next night to continue to damage my yard and septic system, claims he ran chamber pipe to make the repairs necessary for the leech field. The fact is Mr. Neeley has done nothing to repair my septic system, I paid him in good faith ($2400.00) and all he has done is destroyed my yard and septic system. Mr. Neeley is nothing but a lying crook, absolutely do not have this company on your property...!!!! He has never returned multiple phone calls , very unprofessional and unethical person...! This business is a F- rating, ???? Will settle with legal action!

Called a number that once belonged to Mike H., and this company showed up. The wait time was minimal. A crew of three showed up to pump the tank. I'd already removed the lid, and upon immediate look at the water, the "boss" of the crew immediately said, "Your lines need replaced!" He then touted his experience level, work ethic, and said that he'd pump the tank for free, and they would be back in the morning to fix the lines for $2300. He was rude, constantly talked over me (a real "fast talker) and wouldn't let me get a word in edgewise.
I had to talk over top of him tonexplain that a relative in the household had just died from cancer, and on pain meds had unwittingly been flushing gobs of paper towels down the toilet. I also explained that the teouble had to be a clog between the house and the tank, and that the water level in the tank was actually lower than a normal November, and that the water table and hydrostatic pressure were to blame. I further explained that I'd lived in the house for ten years, and that I knew what I was talking about, and that I just needed them to pump the tank so I could get someone to clean out the line without trouble.
He insisted that he bring a backhoe out that night, and that I was just "wasting money," by having someone clear a clog from the line rather than have him replace the line, because the old iron pipe was internally constricted. He further told me that clearing the line would only damage it more, as I explained that this clog was not a slow situation, but rather an immediate working-then-not situation.
I had to argue with the guy to keep him from coming back! Half way through the pump, I flushed a toilet, which backed up...proving it was a tank inlet problem. (He started out insisting it was tree roots and an outlet issue).
I paid him his money, explaied to him that I did not have $2000, and had to take my chances getting it cleaned out. Hours later, a company who is rooted in roto line-clearing, cleaned the line, found zero evidence of any provlems with any line, and with a liquid-full septoc tank, we can run the water all we like without any backup whatsoever. The guy from the root of roto line-clearing (like that?) Helped me test the line and monitored water levels in the pipe to ensure that it was indeed clear, and that nothing was backing up.
If you call these guys, expect them to hassle you, fast-talk you, and insist that you buy things that you absolutely do not need. Even after explaining to him that we were broke, looking at thousands in medical bills, and were burying my father-in-law the next day (today as I write this), he still tried to weasel $2000 out of me to replace a line that was perfectly intact, and cleaned for a very small fraction of that price later in the day. DO NOT TRUST these guys! If they ever show up on my property, they will be asked to leave at gunpoint. That's how I feel about these con artists!

Honey Dippin performed Septic Tank work in Dec 2015 to include cleaning, but more importantly, to replace existing pipes in lines from house to tank, and lines from tank to discharge leach field. It was discovered from a recent Septic tank cleaning job from another company (Sep 5, 2018) , the material used to replace the pipes were corrugated plastic, and not PVC. As a result, we have experienced odor and backflow in the basement in the Spring of 2018. Corrugated plastic is susceptible to collapsing over a period of years just from the weight of the dirt covering the lines. Honey Dippin did not specify material type on invoice, but did have an estimated cost of over $3K. There are other issues with how the work was done over the weeks it took to dig up yard, install lines, and grade the surrounding yard. My primary concern now is at a total cost of more than $6,000.00 (of which we paid 50% deposit), we may be facing the same issues of backflow and odor as the corrugated pipes collapse. Honey Dippin should have used PVC pipes instead of corrugated plastic.

Poop Dynasty, also doing business as Honey Dippin Man came to my home on 6/4/18 to pump my septic tank. They recommended we install a riser and agreed to repair the line under the driveway. At the request of the owner (Wayne N), we paid cash for the invoice they provided which was dated 6/3/18 . They left an open hole in my yard with my tank exposed. They made several appointments to return to complete the job but didn 't show or call. Several of our calls and voice messages were not answered. When we finally got in touch with them several weeks later they had many excuses and made another appointment to return which was again not kept without any explaination. After many more calls to them they returned at 9:25PM (Yes I said 9:25 PM!) on 7/14/18 only to enlarge the hole around my tank and install the riser but not the cap that goes on top, and they failed to address the repair that they agreed to do to the line under the driveway. Again, they promised to return "in a few days" to complete the job. Today is July 22 and still no contact from them whatsoever. My tank remains exposed. If I could give less than 1 star rating I would.

They showed up late and never came to the door when they arrived. They went straight to the septic system, pulled the aerator and put it on their truck. I met them outside and he said to give him a few minutes to prepare an invoice. When invoiced he said that the tank needs pumped although he never checked it and that the aerator motor needed rebuilt because it had burned out. He also stated I need an new lid because the cap was broken which allowed moisture to get to the motor. The invoice for $1090 was paid in full and the check has since cleared my account. After some research he's price gouging on the aerator "rebuild", everyone else is half and for $100 more I can purchase a new one. One week later and I haven't seen any progress and now he won't return my phone calls. He's changed the business name again to Poop Dynasty.

On 4/28/2017, I contracted with Mr. Wayne N, owner of Honey Dippers (a.k.a. Honey Dippin Septic, a.k.a. Poop Dynasty) to rebuild and return to me my Jet manufactured model 660 septic tank aerator. He took my unit with him, along with my $550.00 payment for the rebuild. He left a loaner aerator in my tank as a courtesy, no fee. He expected to have my rebuild accomplished in about two weeks.

Today is 8/27/2017, four months since taking my property and my money. He will not bring my property back to me (my unit, rebuilt or not). He has made multiple promises to do so -- and even a time-frame-specific APPOINTMENT on 8/25 to do so, but has broken every commitment and promise, with never a call to alert me, nor to explain, apologize, and reschedule. Moreover, he has never once, in four months, contacted me of his own initiative; he only telephones or texts me in response to persistent phone messages, texts, and emails from me. His repetitious behavior of dodging and dissembling amounts to a *refusalto return my property.

He has even refused to let *mecome to *himto effect the return of my property to me and his loaner unit to him. When I assertively declared I would come to his place of business at a certain date and time to initiate the swap, he declared he would void my warranty on the rebuild and implied he would declare his loaner damaged to boot, with me the liable party. I see this as yet another refusal to conclude our contract.

I paid Mr. N up front. He withholds my property from me. The egregious delay in returning my aerator defies my comprehension.

He gave me to understand that the rebuild was indeed accomplished in the first couple of weeks. Which would make that mid-May. In three months since then he has been somehow unable to bring me my rebuilt unit. He has gone from pushing me off for multiple weeks at a time, to week-by-week, and finally to day-by-day. Even now, having failed to keep his word on 8/25, he will not reschedule, nor even initiate a conversation with me.

He won’t hear any talk of any refund, even 10% for the delay, non-responsiveness, and hassle he has caused.

I do not even have proof that my unit exists any longer in Mr. N's possession. I have come finally to suspect, quite reasonably, that it does not.

This business rebuilt my septic aerator motor. After an exceptionally long wait greater than 30 days they finally installed it after numerous calls. They wanted cash payment on the spot. Two weeks later the motor quit. After several attempts to get them to come fix it I've given up because they are non-responsive. I do not recommend this company.

I am a new homeowner called this company to have them come out and suck out my septic tank I paid $250 upfront and they only pumped have the tank out if I was to recommend them I wouldn't

On 6/19, Wayne N came out in a Poop-Dynasty van due to my septic high level light being on. I had called OC Adams originally since their info was on the septic system. Apparently they were bought out by Honey Dippin/Poop Dynasty. This has been the absolute worst experience I've ever had. N checked out the system and noted my pump was burned up, he removed it and put it in his van to rebuild the pump. He then wrote me a Invoice for $970 total. I was confused as to why he would ask me for the money up front and he stated he needed the money to go buy the parts to rebuild the pump. To keep a long story short, I was an it who also has an emergency on his hands with the septic backing up into the house and gave him the full amount and N stated he would take care of us asap and not screw me over. He was an "honest" man. That has turned out to be a terrible mistake. After to word for almost 2 weeks, I have to call him and ask him what's going on. He stated the parts to rebuild the pump were on backorder and he was waiting on them. First off, how does he not contact the customer to tell them that? First red flag. I then ran into several issues of my own and knowing about parts being on backorder, I gave him 3 WEEKS after that point. I call the lady who handles the phones and she schedules an appointment for him to come out at 2-5pm, NEVER SHOWS NO CALL. I call them that night and the following day and leave a message. The woman calls me on the following Monday to schedule an appointment for Thursday, no call no show.. reschedule for Friday, no call no show. Following week, the woman calls me and tells me that she was in a bad accident and may have to have her leg amputated. Wow ok, that's a real life problem and I back off to let them handle their personal business. She does get N on the schedule for 8/3 thursday 9-11am. That time comes and goes and I call asking where N was. She tells me I was on the schedule for 12-4. Ok, maybe that was my mistake but I doubt it. 5pm comes, NO CALL NO SHOW. This is now 8/8, nearly 2 months after I paid him. I start leaving messages on every phone number I can find on their website www.poop-dynasty.com. I find the emergency line which must be Wayne N's cell. He responds that "I will be there tomorrow between 12 and 4". Friday 8/9 comes and at 4pm I ask him if he is coming soon, NO RESPONSE. 8/10 I tell Wayne I'm done playing his games and he has until COB 8/11 (Friday) to wrap this up or I'm coming after him for $750 in services unrendered (500 rebuild, and 250 to pump tank) and I'm contacting Revdex.com and my attorney. He immediately apologizes and said "I'll make sure it is done today". Thursday and Friday go buy and not a word. It is now 8/12 and I tell Mr N to give me his address as I'm coming to get my pump and the check for my money, no response yet. This is a complete scam of a business and he needs shut down if this is how he is going to treat people. Quite honestly, this is high tech theft as far as I'm concerned and I was a complete it for fronting the money for this dishonest man. Absolutely disgusted as I have been MORE than patient and willing to work with Wayne N. I wish the guy and his family no ill will but he simply cannot conduct a business like this and take advantage of people.
