Saw an ad for Honest Family Dental and scheduled an appointmentThe day before the appointment, I was called and said the deal was only available if I paid for additional servicesNo mention of that was in the ad or when I made the appointment
[redacted] , I'm very sorry to hear about this I've spoken with [redacted] about it Its our office policy to bill for services before rendered Your previous experience of not paying before, is unusualAll patients have to, at least, pay their Insurance's deductible prior to treatment Though, your treatment was not a procedure that we bill to your insurance So your ins has no say on this matter The total for treatment was $ Its not an "estimate"If it was to billed through your insurance it would be Your insurance doesn't pay for these servicesSo, the total fee of $is your responsibility, You only paid $ [redacted] offered to collect the remaining payment over a few months time, until full payment was reached I was told you only wanted to pay only $at the time of treatment, because that's all you had on your HSA at the time, though you wanted us to still provide you the full treatment of $ We try to work with our pts to provide payment plans Though, we cant provide all treatment without full payment I'm sorry the $refund check we sent out wasn't the payment you requested I was unaware of that We will refund your HSA by 02/18/ Sincerely,Dr [redacted] Honest Family Dental
