I have used Honest several times with both my vehicles and thought I was treated honestly Turns out they tried to pull one over on me bait and switch style I asked for a quote on my front brakes for my SUV They never told me they were going to charge me $for looking at it until after I didn't give them the work They said I needed brakes, rotors and calipers which it did need They called me and told me the price was $1, I told them I was coming down to pick it up Then they called back in minutes and said they got a hold of another supplier and the new price was $ It turns out I paid $for the same job from another reputable shop Not happy about them trying to exploit me for more money and don't buy the "found a new supplier" trick Why didnt they call the new supplier first? Maybe they should change their name to Dishonest- Auto? They lost my business forever
