Review: When I bought the car and it list as $7,999+tax+license and other fees. So I put $2,000 down for payments. A week later my car got in an accident and it was totaled so my insurance paid them back the amount of $7,945.17 so I called them where's my $2,000 that I put it down but they refuse to discuss about this issue. I don't know where\what are these money going toward.Desired Settlement: The car was paid in full so the amount that I put it down should be refund to me.

Review: I went in to purchase a vehicle 2 weeks ago. I traded in a vehicle for a Honda. The deal was I was to get $15k for my vehicle and pay an additional $7,700 (out the door with taxes and fees included)to get the Honda I wanted. The contract was written in their favor I'm assuming so they wouldn't have to pay sales tax on my trade in. The contract said that I traded in my vehicle for only $5k instead of the $15k. There is no way that I was going to trade in my low mile 2007 GMC Sierra for only $5k!I asked them to correct this to reflect the actual deal we had made and they said they did it that way to save me money on sales tax. I told them that it needed to be corrected because I report the sales tax that I pay on my tax return.Desired Settlement: I want them to correct the contract to reflect the deal that we made. They gave me $15k for my vehicle and I was to give them $7,700 (out the door price, taxes and fees included) for the Honda I purchased.
