Honda Federal Credit Union (HFCU) provides the opportunity for its members to oto receive account statements, tax notices and other miscellaneous notices electronically via eDocuments within its online banking platform On occasion, members report difficultly accessing eDocuments, oftentimes due to specific settings on the member's computer that prevent them from accessing the site Credit Union staff are usually able to troubleshoot issues, enabling members to successfully access the needed documents In this particular case, upon first communication from the member, he was asked to contact the credit union to troubleshoot this issue with one of our agents Credit union staff offered some troubleshooting suggestions through email and also offered to mail the tax document in question in the event the member still could not access the documents online Two days later, the member indicated that he was able to access eDocuments
