The [redacted] were at the dealership on Wednesday 8/16/and spoke to the sales manager As of today, both sales managers are off for a few days so I can't fully respond to this complaint until they come back I am vaguely aware of the customer's problems and that the dealership is taking steps to react to the customer's issues I will respond more fully after I investigate the matter and the manager(s) return from vacation.Bobby B***Baker Jeep
