I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. We have the gutter repairs scheduled to be performed this week. As soon as that is done, we will send the paperwork to Homeworx Inc. at which point the offered refund should be mailed to us.

[redacted] called from the business he stated that he did a home inspection for [redacted] and upon doing the inspection it wasn't raining so he couldn't see what [redacted] sees when there is a heavy rain. [redacted] stated that when inspecting gutters he is checking to make sure the gutters are attached...

to the home and all the parts are there and installed properly. In the contract it states that he is not allowed to go about 14 feet for insurance purposes. [redacted] has a copy of the contract. [redacted] is going to send a refund in the amount of $300. In order for the refund to be fully processed [redacted] is requesting a copy of the paper work to show that the work was completed on the gutters.
